Whats a really hard and painful, but good, body building/martial arts routine?
i am looking to really improve my kung fu
NO2 substitue for body building?
My friend was talking about taking extentz and i told him its probly not a good idea. I looked into it and it said that it works by opening capaluri vaines, making more blood pump. Hypotheticaly speaking, for bodybuilding, would it make a better substitue for a NO2 booster, since its only 8 dallors, and most No2 supplements are 40 dallors and up. ?

Does it seem like most mma fighters spend too much time body building than martial arts training?
Whenever I see an MMA fighter who is all buffed out like he should be on the cover of some muscle magazine I begin to question how seriously this guy trains to fight. Maybe this is why the most elite p4p best fighters in the world do not have the most sclupted physique Fedor, Silva, Machida, Penn, Etc because they spend more time training in what is actually important in MMA, fighting, rather than doing sepcific workouts geared to sculpt a beautiful set of pectoral muscles, abs, etc. Do fighters really care about this? I don't think elite fighters do or even give a dam about this beacuse their job is to fight, not body build. It just seems like a lot of fighters in MMA are confused and think they can do both and still reach the elite levels of fighters. What do you people think?I don't know what you're talking about. I'm not talking about cardio at all.Even if you include GSP in my list, 80 % 4 5 are not ripped. Plus GSP has been questioned for use of steroids. By the way, 4 % body fat is very dangerous I don't think any top fighter has 4 % body fat. They would be crazy to do that.What I'm saying is that they are leaner than the guys who think that bulk muscle is so important. For your information it is a big mistake to cut your body fat down below 6 %. 2 % is for body builders in competition not mma or any other real sport imo. Especially when you are training you need a certain amount of fat for proper functioning of the brain, nerves and other tissue. What do you think your body does when it runs out of glucose and you have no fat for backup? It starts breaking down muscle. I've heard this can be pretty painful. Should I do a body building workout, or a strength workout if I am a fighter?
I just joined this fighting club in my neighbor hood. I am not bad fighter, but I cannot take hard punches. So I was told that I have to workout. Anyway, should I do a strength workout or a body building muscle building workout?
Rugby League body building?
I'm currently 17 years old. i play centre and was wondering what would be more beneficial for rugby league... like would building muscle mass by lifting heavy with low reps be better.. or lifting light with max reps and really strengthening the muscles....i'm not even sure if what i said made sense.. but see if you can helpthanks

I'm 20 years old.I want to improve my game by also building up some muscle with weights instead of just basketball exercises But I have no idea where to start.I see a lot of free website for body building but all of them are focus on either getting real BIG muscles or just LOOKS Does anyone know any free BODY BUILDING websites that focuses and dedicated for the game of basketball? Bodybuilding - 5 Elements for a Complete Bodybuilding System
Natural bodybuilding, whether you are a beginning bodybuilder or a
seasoned pro requires that your bodybuilding program is a complete
system. You simply cannot build masses of muscles quickly and maintain

Even if you are not trying to lose weight aerobic exercise is still
necessary. It helps build muscle, keeps fat off, builds endurance,
and strengthens your heart. Some type of aerobic activity three times
per week is essential in a natural bodybuilding program.
You have to feed your muscles if you want them to grow. If you do
not get enough proper nutrition, they will actually feed on themselves.
Follow a good, healthy diet for muscle building. Include protein,
as well as other needed vitamins, minerals, and nutrients.
Rest is something that is often overlooked in our busy world but it
is crucial to build muscles. You are not building muscles while you
are lifting weights. Your muscles grow when they are at rest. They
need this down time to rest and repair themselves. If you are tired,
so are your muscles. Get adequate rest and help you muscles grow.
